Lesson of the Day: be persistent

...and you'll get what you want / need.

Like a library book that's been taken out for months, even though it's supposed not to be.

Or the contact details of a person, even though you're actually not legally entitled to have access to them.

Or, basically, probably just about anything that appears to be not available. There's always a way.

And usually all it takes is a bit of courage, wit and mostly, well applied charm.

Always works. And as I seem to be relearning this vital fact periodically, I thought I might as well set it in stone. Or scribble it on my less durable blog. In case anyone needs a bit of wisdom or just to remind myself in times of need.
